The folks over at Take Kids Fly Fishing are launching a new contest to help encourage kids to fish. With an awesome gear line up, this looks to be a great month full of entries. If you entered my contest last month, please look at this for another opportunity to win some prizes.

The contest launches June 1st and lasts until June 30th. You can go ahead and download the coloring book now and get it ready for the launch on the 1st.  Click here to see the process – and get your coloring skills ready!

First, the official Twitter site of SAA (@nopebblemine) will be giving away Rise DVDs to 5 lucky followers once they hit 500. If you haven’t seen Rise, it’s the latest movie from Confluence Films that covers fly-fishing stories from Patagonia to Alaska. I’ll post the trailer below. All you have to do to win is go to the NoPebbleMine Twitter account and follow. Once they hit 500, winners will be announced and mailed a brand new copy.

SAA is also running a photo contest on Flickr – “Where’s your No Pebble sticker?” There’s already been several submissions and the @NoPebbleMine Twitter site will send you one if you don’t have one already. They’re looking for the most creative ways you’ve used your sticker, whether it is on your car, your boat, a random sign, or, as you’ll see on the page, on your butt!
