As I’m sure you’ve all heard, there’s quite the controversy in Bristol Bay Alaska. To construct a large mine just NW of the bay would devastate the salmon and trout populations there – probably completely wiping them out. The mining companies involved already admitted that the mine would cause significant harm to fish populations, and the residents of the area hold a stronger opposition to this mine than the drilling in ANWR .

CTC is stepping in and helping this cause in conjuction with the Sportsman Alliance for Alaska and Trout Ulimited to utilize social media concepts and strategies to further the cause.
